It's your vacation and you should have the freedom to enjoy it on your terms. Dress up or down. Sleep in or catch a sunrise from your own private balcony. Take in some never-before-seen live shows, or even eat somewhere different every night. NCL has dreamed up entertainment that's beyond your wildest imagination, and beyond anything else you'll find at sea. The entire fleet offers world-class entertainment, from comedy shows to live music. Whether you're plummeting down a water slide, relaxing in a hot tub, or trying your luck in the casino, there's something to do at every turn.
Guests should not feel obliged to offer a gratuity for good service. However, NCL staff are permitted to accept cash gratuities entirely at the discretion of guests who wish to acknowledge exceptional or outstanding service.
Guests taking advantage of individualized services, such as spa treatments or bar service, are encouraged to acknowledge good service with appropriate gratuities. For example, for guests purchasing bar drinks the recommended gratuity is 15%. For guests purchasing spa treatments the recommended gratuity is 18%. Similarly, for guests using concierge and butler services, the recommended gratuity should be commensurate with services rendered.
